BhavsarVadhuVar.com is an advertising platform providing targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances and replaces the traditional newspaper classified. The Service is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under pertaining to electronic records as applicable and amended. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and the terms and conditions for access or usage of BhavsarVadhuVar.com (the "Website").
Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of the Website and associated BhavsarVadhuVar Services (as defined below) is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference and as amended from time to time (the "Terms and conditions").

By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms and Conditions of use of website, You also accept and agree that you have read, understood and are bound by these Terms and conditions, regardless of how you/BhavsarVadhuVar member subscribe to or use the BhavsarVadhuVar Services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Website or the BhavsarVadhuVar Services.
BhavsarVadhuVar[BVV] acts as a platform to enable any user to themselves register on it (by filling the mandatory fields and optional fields, if any) to voluntarily search for profile(s) from the database of BVV’s already registered users, for seeking prospective lawful matrimonial alliances for themselves. BVV retail store may also be able to assist you to create your profile, however, you must have a valid/operational mobile phone number and an email id.
The profiles in the database of BVV are classified broadly on the basis of language and region for the ease and convenience of its member / customer.
BVV Members are provided with free/paid access for searching profiles from the database of BVV, as per the partner preference set by you(on the Website/Applications -(App) and you shortlist the prospective alliances yourself.
BVV Membership is guided by the terms and conditions mentioned herein below. By using or accessing the BVV Services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions ("Agreement"):
BVV do not authenticate any information of any profile and hence you as a user need to verify the credentials and information provided by other users.
In order to use the BhavsarVadhuVar.com Service you must register as a member on the Website/ community sites/ mobile applications ("Site"). This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member." For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Member" means a person who voluntarily submits information to the Site whether such person uses the Service as a free member or a paid member.
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote/ advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the BhavsarVadhuVar.com service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process. By using the Service, you consent to submit your personal identifiable information, to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the Service.
To withdraw this consent, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account.
2) Further in capacity as BVV member you confirm that you are :
A. To protect the broader interest of the registered BVV member and increase the efficiency, BVV members ensure to keep their username and password safe and confidential for using the BVV services.
B. Any additional information / data required by BVV for using the BVV services shall be provided by the BVV Member, as and when so sought by BVV.
C. In case partner preference is modified by BVV member, then the automated system generated prospect search results in website /App may also undergone corresponding changes.
D. BVV members are requested to exercise due care and caution while shortlisting the prospect and satisfy themselves before making a choice of your match through adequate efforts, initiatives and due diligence. BVV shall not be liable for short coming due to any misrepresentations made by any of its BVV members.
E. BVV Members are expected to verify the credentials of the prospect such as family status, marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc.
F. To get better search results, BVV Members are expected to provide latest photograph which should not be more than 3 months old. Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and BVV shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.
G. BVV members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrollment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc. Non - disclosure at the time of enrollment shall be treated as violation of the terms and conditions and BVV shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.
H. BVV Members are expected to refrain from :
I. BVV members are expected to visit URL SafetyTips for understanding the safety measures on partner search and awareness towards online safety.
J. BVV Members are expected to be cautious of prospects who ask for favours, money etc or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don’t involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.
K. The BVV members agrees that for getting effective search results of prospects on Website/App you will regularly log in to the profile maintained in the Website/App and send expression of interest which is an automated messages to prospects as a free BVV member, and in the event you have availed paid BVV package, you can send personalized messages to prospects to show your expression of interest/replies. BVV member also may review the expression of interest sent to you / read the messages sent to you by prospects and may respond suitably.
L. You also agree that while accessing / using the Website/App, you will be guided by the terms and conditions of the Website/App including but not limited to the use of feature of website /App like chat instantly with prospect, viewing horoscope of prospects, enhancing privacy settings (photo/horoscope/phone number) or for viewing social and professional profile of members on their Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
M. BVV member shall not assign or transfer your BVV membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and BVV shall retain their right under clause 2 (b) of this terms and conditions.
N. If the BVV Member fails to inform BVV, about any chage in the particulars furnished by BVV member to other BVV mmber, then the BVV membership may be suspended by BVV at its sole discretion
O. BVV Members agree to use secure devices, software and networks for accessing the BVV services.
P. BVV Members shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerabilities of the BVV Website/App or any network connected to the Website/App nor breach the security measures instituted by BVV.
I. BVV has reasonable processes and system in place to maintain confidentiality of all personal information other than those meant for sharing with the prospect furnished by BVV members and BVV may at its sole discretion and cost take bonafide steps for maintaining the confidentiality of the information in compliance with applicable law. However, BVV/BVV member may divulge such information if required by law.
II. Any feedback you provide to BVV shall be deemed to be non-confidential. BVV shall be free to use such feedback/information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, you represent and warrant that (i) your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of yourself or third parties; (ii) BVV member is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback; (iii) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from BVV for the feedback under any circumstances.
III. You agree that BVV has all the right to process your data through the automated process to serve you with suitable profiles (based on your set partner preference) from BVV or its consortium of websites and may also send you communication in this regard.
I. BVV has taken reasonable steps to protect the BVV member's privacy and shall take all reasonable efforts to protect any personal data provided to us through reasonable security safeguards against such risks as loss or unauthorized use, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data etc.
II. Although we will strive to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, any information transacted over the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. You also agree that the copying the data by using technology or any other new methods of data misuse/theft cannot be secured by BVV and that BVV will have no liability for any such act. BVV member understand and agree that BVV will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. You also agree to keep your username and password confidential, to avoid any misuse of your profile at our Website/App.
III. Please read and comprehend our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to BVV, to understand our practices. BVV members agree that their profile(s) may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where BVV and its network does not have any control over the search engines behavior and BVV shall not be responsible for such activities of other search engines/third party websites.
IV. You agree that, when you use third party services through Website/App, you hereby grant BVV the right to share your information needed for providing such third party services to you or in relation to processing your information for office use of BVV/its payment gateway and/or such third party service providers.
I. BhavsarVadhuVar.com reserves the right in it's sole discretion to review the activity and status of each account and block access to the member based on such review.
II. You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, messages and calls from BhavsarVadhuVar.com and members of BhavsarVadhuVar.com as long as you are a registered member of BhavsarVadhuVar.com. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking advertising service, matchmaking enquiries and promotions.
III. Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our Site. BhavsarVadhuVar.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
IV. You confirm that the Content, information including the personal information provided by you is correct and accurate.
V. You are strongly advised to submit copy of your Driving License, Passport or any other Government issued identity and add a trust badge to your profile.
VI. Except for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matchmaking purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.
VII. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other BhavsarVadhuVar.com Members. Although BhavsarVadhuVar.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the BhavsarVadhuVar.com Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.
VIII. BhavsarVadhuVar.com reserves the right to take appropriate steps to protect BhavsarVadhuVar.com and/or its Members from any abuse/misuse as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
IX. You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with BhavsarVadhuVar.com and/or its members.
X. BhavsarVadhuVar.com reserves the right to screen communications/advertisements that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.
XI. BhavsarVadhuVar.com Members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety. A suggestive guideline of such precautions is enlisted under security tips "Be Safe Online". By becoming a Member you hereby agree to abide and adhere to the said Tips.
XII. BhavsarVadhuVar.com Members who subscribe to the BhavsarVadhuVar.com Select Service hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
BhavsarVadhuVar.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the BhavsarVadhuVar.com Site and the BhavsarVadhuVar.com Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of BhavsarVadhuVar.com, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by BhavsarVadhuVar.com without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees. BhavsarVadhuVar.com reserves right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.
A. You understand and agree that BhavsarVadhuVar.com may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of BhavsarVadhuVar.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either BhavsarVadhuVar.com and/or its Members.
B. With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to BhavsarVadhuVar.com the license to use, store, distribute, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site and to the members of BhavsarVadhuVar.com community site(s) from time to time.
C. You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to BhavsarVadhuVar.com are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. This means that you (and not BhavsarVadhuVar.com) are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. BhavsarVadhuVar.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will BhavsarVadhuVar.com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. BhavsarVadhuVar.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, BhavsarVadhuVar.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence to the satisfaction of BhavsarVadhuVar.com, BhavsarVadhuVar.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.
D. By agreeing to these Terms of Use and consent form, you are expressly agreeing to access information such as First name, Last name, Full Name, DOB, Contact Details, Addresses, Gender and any of the Govt issued ID numbers ("Credit Information") and unconditionally giving consent to providing the same to BhavsarVadhuVar.com through CIC tools, algorithms and devices.
E. BhavsarVadhuVar.com shall access your Credit Information as your authorized representative and BhavsarVadhuVar.com shall use the Credit Information for limited End User Permitted Purpose consisting of and in relation to the services proposed to be availed by you from BhavsarVadhuVar.com. The CIC and BhavsarVadhuVar.com agree to protect and keep confidential the Credit Information.
F. Except Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site, the Credit Information shared by you, or received on by on your behalf from the CIC shall be destroyed, purged, erased promptly within 7 (seven) Business Days of upon the completion of the transaction/ End User Permitted Purpose for which the Credit Information report was procured.
G. The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. BhavsarVadhuVar.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication/Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.
H. Illegal and prohibitive Content includes Content which:
I. You must use the BhavsarVadhuVar.com Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations.
J. You cannot include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, URL's, and email addresses.

Copying, extracting, downloading, sharing, modifying, selling, storing, distributing, making derivate works from or otherwise exploiting any content, data, information, including profiles, curriculum vitae, photographs and/or graphics, available on the Platform and/or any services or products of the Company, in any manner or for any purpose which is not, consistent with the Purpose and/or in accordance with the Terms of Use.

(Using or attempting to use any automated program, software or system or any similar or equivalent process (including spiders, robots, crawlers etc.) to access, navigate, search, copy, monitor, download, scrape, crawl or otherwise extract in any manner, any data or content including but not limited to adding or downloading profiles, contact details, or send or redirect messages from the Platform;
III. Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access (inter alia by hacking, password “mining” or any other means) to:

V. Accessing the Platform through interfaces other than those expressly provided by Company;
VI. Attempting to breach or breaching any security or authentication measures set up by the Company in relation to the Platform and/or attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Company’s system or network;

Scraping, downloading (including bulk- downloading), replicating or otherwise extracting any information or data from the Platform (by any process, whether automatic or manual) to offer any products or services which are similar to or may in any manner compete with the products or services of the Company;
VIII. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering or otherwise attempting to do any of the aforesaid or deriving the source code for the Site or Application or any related technology or any part thereof;
IX. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technological protections used or employed by the Company or by any third party in order to protect the content on the Platform and/or to exclude robots, spiders etc. from crawling and /or scraping content from the Platform.
X. Bypassing or Circumventing or trying to circumvent any service limits including but not limited to Search limits, Captcha limits and occurrences on different triggers
XI. Interfering with or disrupting or attempting to interfere with or disrupt (including by using any device, software or routine), the use of the Platform or any computer networks connected to the Platform, by any other User;
XII. Developing, using or attempting to use any automated program, scripts, robots, third party software or system or any similar or equivalent process (including spiders, robots, crawlers, browser plug-ins/extensions/add-ons, iframes on third party sites, mirroring, HTML parsers etc.) to access, navigate, search, copy, monitor, download, scrape, crawl or otherwise extract or modify in any manner, any data or content from the Platform without explicit consent obtained in writing by approaching us at contactus@BhavsarVadhuVar.com;
XIII. Impersonating any other person or entity, or making any misrepresentation as to your employment by or affiliation with any person or entity;
XIV. Forging headers or in any manner manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any user information;
XV. Stalking, threatening, or in any manner harassing any other User;
XVI. Imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Platform infrastructure;
XVII. Engaging in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Platform (or any part thereof) and providing deeplinks into this Platform (or any part thereof) without prior permission of Company;
XVIII. Spamming the Platform/Company or any other Users including by uploading, posting, emailing, SMS, transmitting or otherwise making available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
XIX. Using the Platform or the contact details of Users for transmitting marketing and promotional mailers/ Offensive messages/ messages or communications using any media that are unrelated to recruitment or sending unsolicited commercial communications with misleading subject lines in order to intentionally obfuscate the original message.
XX. Hosting, modifying, uploading, posting, transmitting, publishing, or distributing any material or information that:
You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
